Poor management, irrelevant work pressure which amounts to nothing. No Public holidays. Poor leader with unclear goals and intentions. Super micro-managing, we have to keep track of every minute, second. Useless data collection.

It's been just above 2 months, and things are great so far. Nothing as such to complain about. I feel I'm not that great like I used to before and there's a lot I'm learning each day here.

Not a dislike but a suggestion, This is a straightforward company which you'll either love or hate, it's not for everyone, it's not that sugar coated fancy talk corporate atmosphere.
