Work-Life balance is good. Working days are Monday-Friday. Company culture is OK. Salary is on time.

Dislikes

There is no job security here. Incentive on closing the position to the recruiter is very low. There is no cafeteria in the office. Company don't recognize the efforts put by the employees. If you meet the daily target before the end of the day, then the management increases the target but there is no appreciation for efficiency. If an employee is unable to achieve the extra target despite achieving the normal target for all the employees, then, the team lead/manager starts abusing that employee....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
