My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. No positives only a trap would be set up for employers gain. Management is least bothered about employees only Favouritism is preferred. Better to stay out of puppets.

Dislikes

In my experience working at Techouts is completely disheartening. This company lacks clear direction and communication from management, leading to confusion and inefficiency to employees. There is a clear culture of Favouring ppl over other employees. With inadequate recourse and leads it’s pretty hard to survive. Overall Think before taking such calls with these kind of employers.
