One senior guy suddenly joins the project and changes the entire design and functionality and expects the results immediately. ABSOLUTELY SHIT SHIT AND SHIT COMPANY!!! The Lead Robotics is an absolutely shit and obnoxious person. He knows nothing, absolutely nothing about Hardware or Robotics. All he does is shit on his team members, abuse them and degrade their esteem. And yes who can forget he's getting in the pants of his junior and made her the unofficial boss of ALL THE DEPARTMENTS. And yes who can forget how she doesn't know shit about engineering and yet she approved ALL OF OUR PROJECTS. Absolutely shit culture. Monarchy and puppets in the leadership. They use your skills build a team, create a backup and fire you with a cold shoulder. Madly hire when projects are more and fire you when they realise. Employees are just sheers robots to them as they make robots which suck.
