I wish I hadn't joined this company.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees and they are rude towards employees. Mutual respect is not at all there between management and employees.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
