1.Bad politics on employees 2.Biased management which runs in favour of HR department and managers 3.Low skilled managers and no much growth of career 4.HR dept is too worst(there are fixed people who feels like company is theirs and can behave as they like by troubling the employees) 5.Managers join with HR person and trouble the employees 6.No open or transparency at work place 7.Too much of micro management 8.Overall it is worst culture here and if anyone is planning their career with lot of aspirations don't join here. 9.Overall it is a worst company...Read More
