Toxic team including me... But people in this company encourage people play politics. Not experienced who dedicated for there company for years. Anirudh roy chairman is awesome personality to work with but rest as toxic. They believe what ever is shown to them. Not go an investigate what is truth they only believe whatever is shown to them. I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I am a BIM Trainer. I should train students and as well i am a BIM Engineer. As a engineer I do US PROJECTS. Softwares we use Autocad, Revit architecture/ Structure/ MEPF and Navisworks.
