I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Managers and team leads won't let you work free. Sometimes you can't feel that your job is secured. The production you achive and the overall production they give to you won't match. And they will also increase the target level so that you can't get any incentives for you hard work. They won't provide proper leaves.
