1. They have people centric culture, 2. Small teams have better bonding, 3. Frequent parties, 4. Flexible hybrid model on WFH, 5. Good for freshers. Last but not least, their CEO Anand Agrawal is true leader and mentor. It has been very inspiring to work under him.

Dislikes

1. They don't have good projects. 2. All of their clients are also start-up companies like them, which create lots of insecurity internally within various teams. 3. Single ownership for all technical steps in the project. 4. They have full salary component structure, no reward/performance-based bonus system which eventually is a bigloss for an employee. Their salary standard doesn't match with the industry standard at all. 5. Projects are very short term and many of good projects are already ramped up. Even my project was ramped down due to which several team members felt like leaving the company. 6.
