Very bad company and HR department has control over company's decision, nobody has guts to justify HR decision, you can be sacked anytime without any reason, even company owner doesnt aware whats going on in the company.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
