I’ve known Techmero for over five years, and my journey with the company has been nothing short of transformative. I joined in May 2019 as a Content Writer, and as a fresher, it was a fantastic opportunity. I gained invaluable insights into content creation and SEO from my colleagues, especially Shweta ma'am, who mentored me and helped me grow into an expert in the field. Her guidance and my learning led to my promotion to Content Strategist within just three months. This role gave me hands-on experience in team leadership, SEO strategies, and content planning, which became the foundation of my career. After working in this role for two years, I decided to explore new opportunities and joined another company as a Content Strategist. The skills and confidence I developed at Techmero made this transition seamless. After a year, I returned to Techmero as a Content Manager, drawn back by the excellent learning environment and opportunities. Rejoining Techmero opened new doors for me as the company was beginning its journey in product development. I got a chance to contribute, and soon my skills were recognized by Krishna Sir, who transitioned me fully into product development. This recognition led to my promotion to Technical Lead, a role where I now collaborate with an exceptional product development team, write code occasionally, and design logical systems. It’s a testament to Techmero’s culture of identifying and nurturing talent—my journey from Content Writer to Technical Lead speaks volumes about the opportunities available here. It has been 6 month working at Techmero, and it has been a incredible experience. The company provides me with space and resources for self-learning, allowing one to grow at my own pace. The work culture is very collaborative and inspiring. Fake promises by organization HR brings candidate and on the floor she doesn't know what's happening even owner hardly comes office everybody is part of office politics, very toxic environment.
