In previous companies, I hardly got the chance to talk to founders, let alone they addressing your issues. At Techify, I have never had issues reaching out to the founders, not only they will listen to you but will also solve your concerns. Friday activities and team lunches/dinners are what I find more amazing things about Techify. I also got to learn many personal as well as professional skills.
