This place very good for freshers not for experienced people. When i worked this company cool environment. After that i got tortured by Project manager. Zero domain knowledge project manager can ride on me. Salary are very poor.

Dislikes

Project manager cheap politics on mid level career employees. I got fired when i was deep trouble in my family.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
