Company is small with 300 people.This is a outsourcing company which deploys candidates in different companies.Salary comes on 5th of every month.They have some projects in house but they are very less.

Dislikes

As such no benefits. 1. Salary comes on 5th of every month. 2.21 days holidays which is very less. 3. No other benefits like spouse visa or medical is not provided.

They tell they are brand like Infosys,wipro , etc. but small in number , in reality they have less projects and if client escalates anything they fire without giving any other opportunity like wipro, Infosys, so i say they are not a brand like big MNC's , they just need money.

Company culture is not employee centric , they are money minded and micromanagement company. Only money is expected from employees and they will fool/loot you easily with anonymous terms in contract. Many things not mentioned in the employer contract and it will suddenly come as surprise. I will give last preference to join techcarrot if I have options.
