Management Unrealistic expectations from employees They think AI like chatgpt and others are capable of delivering a project of 3 months in a week. Non-Tech manager they don't know the C of coding or technology they just know how to loot their clients Veri high uncertainty of job, deliever your project by morning and you will receive your termination by EOD if no more projects are aligned for you. No innovation , no zeal to learn new tools or Libraries everyone is working on old deprecated out dated tools only Only 1-2 guys are there who are there to pull everybody project No testing of project before going live or giving demo to client and if anything goes wrong developer will be held guilty and not the tester No ethics no morals this company just care about their profits via cost cutting I've seen 3 layoffs in a single year...Read More

There's nothing to like about this company. Other than the location. I feel it's good for freshers as the organization have a lot of small projects on which freshers can learn on live project. I mean you can do live experiments on projects with your knowledge. But freshers have to sign a bond of two years which generally becomes 2.5years because of their policies. NONE OF THE PROJECT MANAGERS ARE TECHNICAL. GROWTH AND WORK LIFE BALANCE DOES'NT EXIST. Join any other organisation if you have any other offer at your disposal. People with more than 2-3 years of experience should never join this organization. If they are hiring you they will just use and throw you. You will get a project that's already been experimented upon by their junior developers and is completely in a pathetic state. You will have to work 12 hours and even on weekends( you will feel like majdoor) although they say we don't encourage working on weekends if you say you will not then the managers will report that to upper management and then after you are done with the project and they have received the funds from the client then you are done. They have a hire and fire policy. They won't provide you the time to upskill as you will be loaded with multiple projects with nothing new to learn. If they get to know that you are getting time to upskill, you will get one more project of your domain to work on. For some tech stacks the seniors don't have the required technical aptitude. They won't be able to help you if you are stuck at any problem and will rather ghost you. They will show you that we have this number of people but that won't do any help to you. If you are going to join this organization then always be in search of a better opportunity, keep upskilling yourself and be prepared for interviews. The project managers are the worst, they get incentives for the work that developers do and they will not let you handle the client rather they will do it themselves and will agree to any insane timeline that the client says for their incentives. They keep the buffer time for themselves which should be rather for the developers. 1. Asking to return the goodies when you leave the company. 2. Dont have good senior people in the technology. 3. If you work with them you will feel whether it's tech company or not. 4. BAs always keep things on verbal and changed the flow frequently. 5. Project manager are not capable to create the process and giving stress to thedeveloper. 6. You will be asked to the development before the design is created. 7. Don't give QA the time to test the features and over burden with the projects. 8. You can be released from services any time and there is no job security. 9. Junior developer don't know how to talk with senior developer which come from different companies. 10. Developer use abusive language and management didn't take any right action. 11. Clients are abusing the team but they don't care to think for the solution. 12. Learning as a beginner cz you will have to do the whole work by yourself eventually as seniors are hardly there (in quantity ) at the company because they mostly hire freshers from college and make them sign bonds and give them all the work at the least payroll. Yes Of-course You learn here because you just work day and night here as managers will even call you at 2am at night to deploy the website and send it to the tester. -They used to be okay company but the new change in their management is just worst -24*7 working job if you get assigned under some particular managers(i wish i could name some here) -They say work is Monday to Friday at start but that is not true at all ,you have to work here on weekends also as your managers will just call you on your personal phones if you don't pick up teams call. -No seniors to help as those guys themselves are trying to save their jobs. -Toxic work culture -No Job security -You can get fired anytime -Office reaching time is 10am but returning time is never 7....Read More
