I've reached a point where I can no longer overlook the glaring issues at Techahead Software. The promised salary increment, after months of persistent requests, was finally doled out as if the company was doing me a favor. It's infuriating to witness such a lack of acknowledgment for the hard work and dedication I've put into my role. The disconnect between senior and junior team members is not just palpable but actively detrimental. The toxic mix of office politics and back-biting has created an environment that is stifling, unproductive, and downright demoralizing. I've had enough. It's disheartening to see the complete disregard for basic professional courtesy and fairness. Salary and appraisal is very poor. If you ask for appraisal you will fired by organisation in next few weeks.. In project there is very poor architecture client always ask to refund money of there project. Job security is very poor just take an example if project is finished then you will fired from organisation after few weeks

These are the following likes I would like to mention about this company:-- -> There is no job security here. They follow hire & fire policy and the reason could be anything. -> No appreciation is given on your hardwork. -> Managers here are so rude & shameless that they didn't even care if you're sick. They'll ping & call you even on leaves. I would also mention the weekends too. -> Technical architects here are for nothing. They don't work, they don't help. If you try to ask them for help, they'll only blame you to save themselves as they have no clue to your problem. -> If you're stuck on a critical issue, the managers here didn't even care to listen you. They just don't want to understand the criticality because almost all the managers are non technical. They just blame you and doubt your skills. -> If you're on notice period, you will be the most on target. Everyone will blame you for spreading negativity and not working even if you're working with all your heart & dedication. Also all kind of misinformation will be spread about you in the office. -> Unnecessary pressure is created on the developers even if you're working on multiple projects. -> The work environment is really toxic here and there is no work life balance. It is advised to reach on time but no exact time to leave the office. They can make you work 24/7 if you're willing to. -> Poor resource management for the projects. Even before the project comes into development, it is already escalated. No proper time is given to the developers for development. And then they pressurise you to complete the work before the deadline even if the requirements are not clear or are hard to achieve....Read More
