HR policies are ruthless, maximum of the policies are against the employee's welfare. They won't give you compensation for your broadband, you have to take care of it. max 500rs per month you have to spend on your own. If you resigned from your job within 3months after the poor appraisal they'll cancel that poor appraisal too. Poor salary, they won't utilize the UI/UX designer for the maximum of their projects. It Doesn't matter whether you are a graphic designer or UI/UX Designer you'll be designated as a visual designer. You have to take care of all their graphic needs. Print design, web design, mobile UI, web UI, social media posts, motion graphics sometimes 3D design. They won't give you Adobe CC full licensed package. Max of time you have to work with the trial pack. or they have very few full license package and the entire team have to access them when they needed. There is no pay for overtime. salary growth is very slow as a snail. They were lagging with process making or task tracking. That makes our task in the loop and endlessly.
