Actually speaking we are not working we have given the ownership that was a great belief and faith given to employee by the organization. Only one thing I want to talk is Laptop which we have received are very old and very slow for working

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
