I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Company culture is excellent everyone is helpful and friendly even it is a start up which has 150 employees strength, work life balance is perfect and no pressure on employees. I was unlucky to spend very less time there, it's such a great company CEO is a cool person and very helpful person, I would like to rejoin there in future. Thanks techvedika for everything.
