Overburdened with work, so can't take full advantage of Pros no 1. Salary increment sucks. Too much politics, especially among people being there for more than 10 yrs. The Flash-in and Flash-out timings sucks.

This is and will be 1 of my favourite ,emotionally attached company although I lost job hitech City branch at hyderabad becoz of riteesh.r process trainer ,shivali HR ,nikhil sanga HR due to not satisfying their ego and not dancing to their tunes, they don't work, they are knowledge less, they lie,change circumstances as per their needs and timing ..they are not transparent unlike the highest heirrarchy,the superiors are awesome,responsive, understand u1 bands efforts and does respond infinite times, immediately to emails,calls,whatsapp to all the employees ,but we aren't blessed if trainer aren't good ,i thought what can go wrong in the training but then it did, i didn't even get to hot the floor, go partying,order online foods, go to potlucks,etc etc allow to rest riteesh.r at ur home ..was all ordered to me i said NO and then they started to keep me abd 3 other workaholics aside from batch saying that non co operative ,..huhh...but thank god , I'm good now got a good job at reputed company and my techm manager shitij.k,iftekaar,abinav karga,mahesh valla, Anam Khan ji taught a lot to me, i have to learn to please trainers,team leads from now onn ..but what to i eat,where do I rest ,if i order for them,of i pay for their partying,and if i allow them to my home ,?? My life is lost so i didn't co operate to their selfish tunes .sorry riteesh , im glad u got covid affected in jan 8th 2022 potluck, that's how curses work for making other suffer .if does bad deeds .plz join Techm it's 1 the best,I'll be rejoining for sure and will never leave if I get a good team lead who focus on work progress not on outings,partying,dating,etc etc ....Read More

I dislike hitech City hyderabad branch trainers like riteesh .r ,karna chary, HR like nikhil sanga and shivali.people shouldn't come across them anytime .anywhere .i pray for u all.apart from people like that, Techm is 1 of the best to be working at.trust me.growth is awesome ,pay is as per ur abilities and capabilities.

Cab allowances are shared by employee and employer unlike other bpo/bps mnc's does . And food , cafeteria,gym,swimming pool,sports area and it's equipment to play are free to use but if u want personal , customised training then u to pay for luxury trainers not for the area ,region being used though.

Work environment is not good few TLs are good but few they don't have process knowledge and put lot of pressure on team members. No job security cab drivers do 24 hours shift and sleep while driving, which leads to accidents, no proper acknowledgement or action taken on any issue escalated, lot of cuttings in salary. No Life balance, no importance given to employees concern as we always have to reach the management for help....Read More
