Low salary, lack of manager involvement, forcefull overtime factors even you don't want to, forget about your own space and forget about 5 days working, they will suck ur blood and hunt you down till death. they just want their work, your money.।। None. Working with tec M is good and your teammate and coordination will he good and yours mentors will support and TL will take care in all your performance aspects

I would like to say we all work for money and the salary home take will not be same as on papers and you will be getting less than the amount on your offer atleast 4k less so think of it and you performance based you will get incentives and if you won't complete working hours you may miss that too. And work pressure and targets are common in all organisations.
