Company is obviously good because it is an MNC but a few in the management are mis-utilizing power and involved in politics with personal grudges against those not part of their groupism politics, instead of focusing on company growth. People monitoring the AMs instead of being part of the same self-interest activities should think for the benefit of the compony and hence should take action against those not thinking for the company's benefit....Read More

I liked working with my team who were respectful towards me and were really good people. As a Team Leader, whenever my team faced any escalation I saved them with proper rebuttals wherever they are correct. Wherever they faced any challenges I quickly solved them with my continuous effort without having them to follow up with me again and again. Therefore they really regret that I left Tech Mahindra. Tech mahindra company is good but some process is not good as too nuch hectic and even told instantly to do anything which is not in your kpi and kra. No one care about agent and no one bothered with their issues.

Dislikes

The upper management is blind to see the actual scenario on ground level and keep blaming the lower position persons for their failure.

Jugaad is the only word i can use here. If u want to grow your skills will not work, it does not matter whether you have skills or not , your comms is good or bad....only bhai chara and buttering and jugaad will work here....if you are ready to do so come and join this.
