Good work environment, job security is poor...No growth unless you are good at politics...teammates were awesome and so was my team Lead Farzad Saroshian and Andrew Dsouza an awesome Team Lead and a grt teacher...thats as far as it goes...targets are high and it gets worse...Life balance is poor...Leaves are difficult to get...Management sucks and so do the appraisals...
