Only thing is that they don't ask you to work after shift timing. No job security or support from management. Only thing Company or management want is that Agents should work without asking any time off. Another issue is that even if you're not keeping well for a day and took off then you have to submit Dr.s certificate or management won't believe you about your sickness. Less pay and brand name. My friends and me have received less salary on multiple occasions and need to keep follow-up with HR and TL for remaining salary or you won't receive it. Pay is good, comp and benefits are amazing. If you dnt care about pressure but just want to be rewarded for the hard work....this is the right place.
Too much pressure overtime and login for 9 and half hours back to back calls did not care about pregnant women
