Work life balance but it depends on the project. Actually, everything depends on the project we get. Variable pay upto U4 will be credited to monthly salary.

Dislikes

Management will not have close interaction with employees, Though we get ACE, we were not given good hike. HR will listen to BU Heads and Managers they don't have the actual control.

Remuneration, its the worse part. They may hire externally at high ctc but won't give any raise year on year. Even at management levels the pay is way below industry norms.

Job security is not at all there as I'm from kolkata location. Most of the projects are in Hyderabad instead of doing much more better work than other locations team member. Increment and other compensation is very poor.
