Don't expect hikes every year. If anyone joins the organization with a good CTC (at par with the industry) can mostly survive for 2-3 years. Work pressure is too high No proper recognition even you got mutliple appreciations from customers. Appraisal system is just for record purpose. Though you are a very good performer due to the bell curve system of the appraisal cycle, all falls into the same category (only 3 ratings)....Read More

In my project work environment was good. Not much pressure. Onsite opportunities also was good.

Dislikes

Job security is not at all there as I'm from kolkata location. Most of the projects are in Hyderabad instead of doing much more better work than other locations team member. Increment and other compensation is very poor.
