The team leader is very cunning. He doesn't give training. Directly give work. And if you make any mistake then he start firing. From top level management to low level, all are irresponsible.

Lots of people working from long time, they have no updated knowledge, They have only Ego. No Team work, No customer Satisfaction, No tyraining, only Target...... Specially Operation and Purchase team are working wrost.

Its a very bad culture over client side treatment to engineers are bad no workilife balanced you can't complain to anyone about your issues there will be no one to listen. Will put pressure for thing rather than work subjects.

Strict timings, poor managers and management. They do not have projects, but still keep on hiring people at pennies and expect employees to stay in office for complete 9 hrs. They won’t let you do anything personal since you do not have any project so you might wish to spend your time in skill development, they won’t allow you to dothat. i am currently working in team computers Pvt Ltd company culture is good but i am not satisfied with client and reporting managers because he not supportable daily activities is not good and i am working with her wording but Hr saying laying and bad commetment
