The best part about the bank was the job security and the company policies also i had very nice superiors and colleagues who supported whenever needed.. last year when the pandemic hit India we almost sat home for 2-3 months doing as much possible we can from.. icici bank immediately arranged laptops for almost all of us and provided us with work from home which was the best part..

Dislikes

Icici bank should hire people at a particular grade only when the person fulfils all the required education norms thats what i feel personally..

Salary is not too good and promotion system is too bad someone may get promoted every year and some one may get promotion after 4 5 years or long so promotion part is not good if you are not CA
