Opportunity to try different technologies and implement learnings due to vast no of open projects and requirements within the organisation itself. Excellent leaders at the top hierarchy.

Very process oriented Slow or negligible growth Many roles and people involved in the project creating chaos due to minimum transparency. At times you can't decide whom to listen first. Too much of dirty politics at many projects (depends upon team and manager- can't blame all) People are not open to new process or methodologies. At times you will also feel lazy to do something new. Best company to start and get retired there itself. 1. Good Mentors are there in TCS Interactive Design Studio. 2. Good learning programs 3. Udemy & LinkedIn are free which made me learn a lot about many courses. 4. Life-time settlement company for a well-paid UX Designer. 5. Good work-life balance. 6. Government-like company

Dislikes

1. Not for freshers as freshers are given less salary here. 2. Good salaried UX designer can enter into TCS. Because once entered into TCS the salary growth would become like a snail. #Trust this anonymous guy, only pay would be an issue. But TCS is ultimately the best company for anybody to die in. #Caution: Once you come out of TCS you cannot re-enter/re-apply into TCS.
