Good work environment and culture. Work life balance is great. Cafeteria is one of the though for us it was veg, but there was nothing that was not available from meals to French fries, ice creams to gulab jamun everything was there, that too of best quality and reasonable prices.

Dislikes

The career growth is slow over here. Like if you are joining as fresher then getting a good salary hike will take you a lot of time. Would rather suggest to join it later in your career as we all know it's TCS, the it's a great to work in, but not as a fresher.

1. A lot depends on you luck if you get good projects yo can learn and start your career with good oppportunity, if not you are trapped in a bad project for years.
