Good work environment and culture. Work life balance is great. Cafeteria is one of the though for us it was veg, but there was nothing that was not available from meals to French fries, ice creams to gulab jamun everything was there, that too of best quality and reasonable prices.

Dislikes

The career growth is slow over here. Like if you are joining as fresher then getting a good salary hike will take you a lot of time. Would rather suggest to join it later in your career as we all know it's TCS, the it's a great to work in, but not as a fresher.

Hardly there are any pros of joining TCS unless you salary is extremely and very very high., which is most unlikely. TCS pays extreme low salary. Hike is less. TCS will force you to put in any L3 support project as TCS don’t have good projects. You have no option to learn and grow. You job will take toll on your mental peace. You will bullied in office, You will be harassed in the name performance, you will be insulted aginst your self esteem. After few years of job you will feel incompetent. And earning monthly salary will be your weakness. extreme Micromanagement will spoil your life.
