Hike is below avg, After 1 year you will see your friends getting sufficiently more than you. TCS being as great as Cognizant Cognizants starting salary > TCS Ninja Salary after 2 years No Classification for high/above avg performers, Manual Tester having 0 technical knowledge gets equally paid as a developer , Not only knowledge they also have sufficiently less work pressure.
