It depends on project to project. The first project i got was horrible. Again work and team was good but it depends on the manager. In my case he was terrible with no way to talk. The second project i got was good with better learning opportunities. Had a good team and manager.

The only thing that sucks is the diplomacy of HRs and managers. The appraisal process is so bad that you wont be evaluated for apprailsals anytime soon after joining the organisation. In my case, After working in a high priority project working selflessly, understanding the priority and working without taking any leave even when i was suffering with covid fever for 6 days, I received zero appraisal or bonus in 2 years.
