All just in paper, Sr management just please to get the work done till you are on work otherwise they will throw you out. Excellent company for bluffers, accompaning with sr.management for tea shops daily, big politicians who has zero talents other than pleasing management and senior management etc..

Dislikes

Lot of politics by Management and Sr. Management and HR, play politics and bios at all level of juniors like AD, Managers, leads, engineers, trainees. Unrealistic revenue goals set, Since it is a small company, they squeeze the work, day and night and no work life balance, week ends etc. Nothing great other than just speaking nicelyby mouth by Sr management people. Real talents should not join this company....Read More
