There is no good development roles in this company mostly all testing and support so as days goes you feel no learning and no career growth. Also no good salary hike and Global resources management team literally blackmails employees to join any project and role that is currently open.

Nil - very negligible appraisal, does not provide motivation for learning new technologies and finding areas where they can be implemented. Mostly support projects and as a fresher you do not get to be part of development that is left. Managers are not pro-active and works only on need basis.

Only thing good about NTT is its training. After that you will find yourself stucked. Nothing is there no good project and technology to work on for fresher
