Although it depends on project we are in there are few leads who are very supportive towards the team mates growth and encouragement. Work timings are flexible.

Dislikes

Hikes/promotions/ratings are mostly given on seniority level and not on your performance. There is lot of politics here. Less onsite opportunities. This company doesn't care much about its employees, they want the client to be satisfied always without satisfying its own employees. Pay scale is very or doesn't even meet standard when compared to market

I have attended final round (VP round) in Deloitte on 21 Nov 2024 but till now there is no response from them. Tried connecting with recruiter multiple times but unable to get any response via mail or call. It’s really frustrating. I don’t understand whether to think it as a reject or select.
