There’s a noticeable pay disparity—higher-ups seem overpaid despite limited contributions, while hardworking employees face excessive workloads with little recognition. The performance review system lacks transparency, often influenced by upper middle management rather than direct managers, leading to biased evaluations. Basic facilities need improvement—eco vans without AC make commuting uncomfortable, and office infrastructure (chairs, tables, washrooms, seating areas, and the canteen) is subpar. They have many employee benefit policy like longer maternity leaves, flexible work hours after maternity, employees benevolent fund, etc. Work life balance is also good.

Dislikes

No mentor for your job specific role. Very less pay and increments. Lot of favouritism and politics. Incompetent workers being down motivation. Promotions are the worst, there is a waiting of minimum 3 yrs in a specific role to apply for a promotion, which is then followed by interviews and then you get a minimal increment on that. Annual bonus structure is horrible.
