FDA policy (fixed duration assignment) which allow new candidates to work with Co. on contract basis. FDA staff get extensions after every 1 or 2 years to stay and work with co. So no job security for FDA staff. FDA staff has to wait for permanent job till the co. introduce any policy and it may take even more than 10 years. Co. hasalready lost many good performing candidates (and so good business) because of this policy. Other staff support to sales team is very poor & their habit of delaying work impact badly on co. overall growth.
