I was first appointment while they have started vehicle finance in Tamilnadu. I appointed skilled employees and delivered achievement targets. Handling business , collection and revenue part. Completed 4 years with enjoyed the job at worked.

Dislikes

There is no dislike points. Some times the superior or regional team need to interfere for good relationship will.make one to one if any grievances.

Work Details

Handling of manpower recruit and delivering quality customer file and increase ovel all volume. Achieved bench mark volumes Handling business, collection and best portfolio and retaining manpowers.

2nd saterday working and time management keep up and idfc format other area employees own room. Provide very need and food provide must.need and morning Rm roll compulsary attdance punch come to branch not mobile app.

So nice company. But I have to leave this company with heavy heart for growth as there are less chance to grow due to internal politics. It's policy and product are hotch potchI tried too much to make this Bank as brand but there are many uneven internal barrier such as RCU and lack of co ordination among all vertical.

Dislikes

Selling MOD where there is not liability branch. Technical policy also a barrier as it is not clear to the market and competitors. My promotion also stuck due to uneven reason/person. Softwares are not upto date. Bank should adopt latest technology and IT product.
