Good for learning if you get a good client and project. Some peoples are good there. Provide Learning with their in-house L&D team. Some Department get good hikes and projects. Colleague are helpful. Give gym benifits(cult Passes at low price)

• The Salary and Increment is too low. There are very less project which is going good. Either you will support in a project or if you get billed and you get into a good project and get your team is good then its good for you else most of the client will treat people's likes anything they will make u work like anything even on mostwekends and late nights. So there are both sides. • Most people stay in bench or not get good work or learning beacuse of no proper mapping to project. Simply they will map you with any client without your interest. • Worst Part about this Company is the Management. I joined Calicut centre as a software developer.But got my worst experience from here . Calicut centre has some policies that other centres doesn't have especially centre head here is making peoples life more miserable. No wfh provided even though other centres have it. importance is given to arts and sports not actual work. No opportunities.lot of people on bench. Don't join Calicut centre.

1) I personally feel, pay is very little to the work I am doing 2) Work life balance totally depends on the project your are working for. 3) You might not be mapped to the tech stack you are interested in, especially in my case I'm interested in python, python backend development, DSA, Data analytics, etc but I was assigned to a UI development team(Vue Js, linux) Initially my manager told me to work for 6 months in UI team, then based on requirements and my experience he said he would change me to python team, but this didn't happen...Read More
