- Higher management are unable to find projects LAY OFF are happening even if you are a good resource ,they will put in bench and Laying off. - Salary hikes are minimal (6% even for outstanding). - Dry company and work culture( No team activities/lunch/outing/events) - Admin and Facilities for employees are very poor.

There is only life and basically no work ,best company if you want to prepare for govt exam and earn a side cash

Only join if you have nothing better to do if you want to prepare exam or are not getting job anymore joinit but you will be totally dependent on yourself to get out because there basically no skill improvement

This company is best for the people who are beginning their career as a fresher. They will gain lot of knowledge here as a fresher. But if you are an experienced I don't prefer this. Also this is good for the people who are going to retire. Company culture is good. We have job security.

The manager never appreciates our work, and there are no appraisals in the company. There are no events or moments of happiness in the office. Moreover, there are no stable projects; each time, the manager tries to push us into a new project while expecting us to learn a new programming language. Once we learn the language, they push us into another project with a different technology.

No job security, they are randomly laying off people for the smallest reasons. Managers do not give a crap about you.no promotion and the salary is stuck in 2014 no increment at all. Horrible work life balance as they force you to be in office min 9 hours otherwise guess what your layedoff

Work culture not good. Senior People do not respect eachother's times. You will have to work extended hours to achieve targets. no collaboration culture. Teams will only start working when deadline is near and project managers too will put pressure on employees once client escalates. Very Unprofessional work environment for a mnc company like TEL

1. Job security is good as a Tata company. 2. Work life balance is good. 99% of the time you can log off at 6 (pm) without any burden.

1. Many times, the assigned projects are not inline with your skillset though you are lateral with some domain expertise. 2. Good automotive projects are more dominant at Trivandrum and Bangalore location. Other locations in India mostly gets support projects which are just for compliance and doesn't add value to customer as well asto employee's career. 3. Townhalls are not transparent. It happens on teams and your questions are filtered and visible to organizers only. If it is addressed, sometimes we get silly answers. Top level people don't know ground reality and they don't want to know it. 4. Job security is also a con as non-performing assets sits doing nothing and there are few people who are bench from 600+ days and many people are on bench from 1 year. Company doesn't take much effort to train such resources. They have learning central where recorded lectures are there (which are as good as learning coding with "Hello, World!" program only in training material) and everyone is supposed to learn from there and crack client interviews....Read More

Culture is good & Work life balance, Job satisfaction depends on Project and It's manager. Skill development trainings are held every time, for upskilling ourselves.

Dislikes

Some Managers are inefficient, since they have more experience or stayed in Tata elxsi for long, they lead Projects without having proper technical knowledge. In such cases, we will not have work satisfaction and Work-life balance also.
