I'm 4.2 years experienced with additional one year of internship experience. My current CTC is 10.2 LPA (fixed)
I have secured an offer from Tata Elxsi for 16.2 LPA (Fixed including PF & Gratuity). I have accepted the offer.
Is it a good deal or I can negotiate still ?
I still have 20 days left for my LWD, incase if I get other offer will they revisit the offer ?

- Getting opportunity to work in new technologies. Dislikes: - Higher management are unable to find projects LAY OFF are happening even if you are a good resource ,they will put in bench and Laying off.
- Salary hikes are minimal (6% even for outstanding).
- Dry company and work culture( No team activities/lunch/outing/events)
- Admin and Facilities for employees are very poor.
