It is purely unprofessional company and also management is worst. As I was employee for 10 years , I felt really horrible place to work. They play political games with employees.Employee life will be like hell.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
