Work Life balance and Good Managers and senior management.

Dislikes

On FLS level if you have been promoted then you will get increment otherwise zero increment if you missed the promotion, but this is not applicable for Team Handling role and onwards.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
