My CM Karan Bagga was not good , due to him I'm terminated from the organisation in the case of compliance audit ,,all whole sole is responsible for that. All sign documents was check under the supervision of Senior manager. My 4 year career is zero. I'm in the condition to suicide but thanks to my previous TSM Karan Singh who support me in my tuff situation. Job security best place to work in banca channel but not in Operations

Pathetic HR response , poor response on queries related to HR , if employee wants to leave unnecessary harrasment. Branch operation is worse department it's 10% operation 90% S2S sales poor work life balance , unnecessary harrasment.

Most of all timing issue and senior behavior are very worst and also politics games run internal team to upper level. Senior are not thinking juniors hard-working and valuables team. Specially vidharbha team working with juniors this activity very bad environment.

Salary increment is big issue with the company 2nd local fuel Expense are very complicated 3rd incentive structure are not employee friendly... and management have no time to consider all this things. Upper management are getting their salary revised as they find opportunity,but they are not bother about the middle and lower levels F L S.
