This is new company in india like any startup’s Process needs to be streamlined, all the teams delegating each other’s the task. No one knows the representative of the work. All are struggling between the tools, methods and implications. In initial hiring you will get huge promises which is just vague and baseless. Honestly speaking ! By this company i got to know the how company politics work and also knows how management works ! When something happens wrong they never accept their fault nor TL or Senior Operational manager! The mid management don't do their job properly and the agents who always lose their job due to negligence by the mid ortop mgt! This company is seen as a worst for not doing their daily tasks! They alwYs cry for taking leave and also the leaves which was already plotted they cancel it ! I never took a leave and always consistent about my work! At the end they just throw me out! No work life balance. Even if you take a leave for family emergency your manager will call you several times. Unrealistic targets are given to the team. Extra work load and work pressure. There is no skill development. HR doesn’t reply you. Employees are treated aa labours they just come site and all they do is work cannot take breaks. The work pressure is unbearable and the management shows lack of concern towards their employees well being. Basic needs like bio break and meal breaks are ignored to cater clients need. Additionally, there is a blatant favouritism within teams,with certain employees with certain employees receiving undue privileges and advantages while others are left to fend themselves. This biased behaviour foster toxic atmosphere and demoralizes hardworking team members who are overlooked despite their contribution.
