Everything is good except the management there is no one who will listen to your problem

They never listen to your personal problems and ask you to leave the organisation. I got promoted after serving 2 yrs with taskus but they ask me to leave. I never want to leave the company but they force me to leave

The job criteria and the salary matches the exact. You got the opportunity of promotion by filling the igps after the 6 months working period. It's literally very impressive work environment. People there is supportive also.

The work life balance if someone expressed there medical concern is high even with the proper documents and doctor consult. They are not listening to it they thought the person infront created the drama for the leaves. There are many things such as ops don't support any one even if you perform well then ops managers are against you because they have their own preferences. I must says TaskUS should avoid spoons there should not be any partially.

In the starting phase of company, everything was smooth and perfect but after sometime everything started getting worst.

From January 2024 to June 2024, Taskus has terminated 200+ employees on a immediate basis. I don't like the work culture of Taskus, no transprency, management has no etiquette, discipline and you didn't get any support from the management.

Honestly speaking ! By this company i got to know the how company politics work and also knows how management works ! When something happens wrong they never accept their fault nor TL or Senior Operational manager! The mid management don't do their job properly and the agents who always lose their job due to negligence by the mid ortop mgt! This company is seen as a worst for not doing their daily tasks! No work life balance. Even if you take a leave for family emergency your manager will call you several times. Unrealistic targets are given to the team. Extra work load and work pressure. There is no skill development. HR doesn’t reply you. Employees are treated aa labours they just come site and all they do is work cannot take breaks.
