Joined here as a junior developer last year, have got a lot of learning from my seniors, they are nice and teach so many things. I have got chance to develop my skills, and the office is fun and lot of good communications with everyone. I like to work in office and get chance to learn from mentors who are always available to assist. good company.

So far the learning experience has been good due to good mentors. Also, the company is growing fast, so deadlines have become stricter than before, but it's a fun place to work since the overall culture is supportive with less politics. HR policies are good, clock in time at 10:30 is strict so becomes an issue if you are constantly late. The benefits for employees are increasing, with tax saving benefits recently launched by the HR team which has increased our take home. Good salary hikes, monthly fun activities, townhalls and performance awards. Overall, it's a good startup with learning opportunities, and is growing very fast.

Dislikes

WFH options are only 1 per week. It should be at least 3 WFHs every week, so that we can take care of our household matters while working for office.

It's a fast growing startup and has good people friendly culture. The overall Tech team is very solid with good technical core and there are opportunities to be creative if someone wants. The HR team is quick and responsive. Parking is a bit problem both for two wheelers and four wheelers as the office is in the prime location of Huda City Center.

Parking. No KRAs for team. More benefits needed.

I have seen Tartan evolving in the last few years through various ups and downs in the last couple of years. As happens with every early stage startup, there were multiple issues and challenges in the beginning. But in the last 1 year, the company has evolved tremendously through multiple challenges, and has become more mature withbetter processes, good hiring, more people-centric culture. All in all, in spite of some definite flaws, Tartan has more good to offer, than bad. It has been a great learning experience here, and I only see the company growing faster from here....Read More

Dislikes

Some basic issues definitely, but with better leadership hiring, I think its getting solved. Nothing big to highlight. Its a goo culture now, and people in general seem to be a lot happier and productive than before.

I used to work here till early this year. Have seen quite a few ups and downs this company has gone through. Writing this review on request, and I don't mind doing it, given that Tartan has grown well in the last few months. I had good relations with the team, and got chance to make a difference, in spite of the multiple battlefronts.

Dislikes

There were quite a few things that could have been better during my time. However, I have heard from a few current employees that the HR policies have become quite better than the last year, culture is good now, and the team is quite settled. I am happy to hear that, and wish a lot of success to the company on its path of growth.
