So far the learning experience has been good due to good mentors. Also, the company is growing fast, so deadlines have become stricter than before, but it's a fun place to work since the overall culture is supportive with less politics. HR policies are good, clock in time at 10:30 is strict so becomes an issue if you are constantly late.
