WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Founder's Office Manager to join our Founders Office and work directly with the CEO. This role is ideal for a recent graduate (up to 4 years of experience) from a top-tier Indian college with a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen, and a deep interest in FinTech.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's growth by tackling strategic projects and initiatives alongside our leadership team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and analyze emerging trends, competitor landscape, and potential customer segments within the FinTech space.
Business Model Development: Play a key role in refining and optimizing the company's go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and revenue streams.
Customer Acquisition & Growth: Contribute to developing and implementing customer acquisition strategies, potentially including identifying and engaging early adopters.
Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support the CEO and leadership team in preparing for potential fundraising rounds, including investor presentations and market traction data analysis.
Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Engagement: Leverage your network and expertise to connect with industry leaders, potential partners, and investors in the FinTech space.
Founders Office Support: Provide strategic and operational support to the Founders Office, assisting with various projects and initiatives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Recent graduate (with minimum 2 and up to 4 years of experience) from a top-tier Indian college (IITs, IIMs, BITS, etc.) with a background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct in-depth market research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- A passion for FinTech and a strong understanding of the Indian financial landscape.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and a keen interest in building successful businesses.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
